What is a Solution Trail?
Along the Solution Trail you will find various stations where you will be asked different questions than usual. This way you will get to know the environment and yourself even better.
Solution Trail means:
- to let yourself be asked unfamiliar questions and to take the time to find the answers.
- Consciously accepting change and setting out on new paths - both concretely and figuratively.
- Letting go, getting involved, strengthening your mental health, rediscovering your surroundings and adjusting your own compass.
The Solution Trail "top strengthened" can be completed as individuals, as a couple or in a group as a family, club or team.
