The game of boccia has always meant socialising. From time immemorial, one remembers crowds of people jeering around a more or less regular game rectangle. But today the discipline has a different content and also different ambitions. Although still primarily geared towards sociable play, the sport of boccia requires a good physical and mental condition and regular training to be able to hold one's own at the various levels. The practice of Boccia is suitable for people of all ages, regardless of level, who wish to maintain good physical condition and memory.
