Solution Trails are hikes and walks that open up a new perspective on the surroundings and especially on your coexistence. They integrate different powerful, impressive, and unique places and landscapes into a personality-strengthening engagement with yourself.
Solution Trail means also allowing yourself to be asked unusual questions and taking the time for the answers. It means consciously accepting changes and embarking on new paths – both literally and figuratively.

Safety guidelines

A multi-hour exploration of steep and remote mountain areas can bring surprises and be strenuous. Therefore, it is advisable to consider the following points:
- Take regular breaks, about every 1-1½ hours and whenever concentration starts to wane. Recuperate and strengthen yourself with something to drink and a small snack.
- Regularly check your location and compare it with your schedule. This way, you can think ahead about alternatives, shortcuts, cancellations, etc.
- Turn back in time or seek shelter if weather deteriorates. If thunderclouds appear, it's advisable to end the route as quickly as possible.
- Plan enough time and energy reserves for the descent.
- Avoid cattle herds and wild animals calmly and at a safe distance. Keep dogs on a leash.
- If you encounter guard dogs, remain calm so the dog recognizes you are no threat. Keep a generous distance from the herd.
- Let mountain bikers pass without hindering them.
