This public barbecue spot offers you the perfect opportunity to fully enjoy nature during a cozy grill gathering. From this barbecue area, you have a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and valleys—ideal for a day trip or a relaxing picnic with family and friends.

 

The barbecue area at Lake Fleschen is not only a place to relax but also a fantastic starting point for small and big adventures. The Märliweg trail, which is especially popular with children, begins right at the barbecue area.

The barbecue spot is also centrally located in the bike park, making it an ideal meeting point for bikers.

Please remember to bring your own grilling equipment and clean up the area afterward to protect nature and ensure that the next guests can also enjoy their time.

Barbecue Rules Explained:

  1. Use only as much wood as necessary: Be economical with firewood and use only the amount needed for the fire. By using wood consciously, you help conserve resources and reduce environmental impact. The next user of the fire pit will thank you for it.
     
  2. Completely extinguish the fire: Make sure the fire is fully out before leaving the area. Do not leave any embers or sparks that could cause a fire.
     
  3. Clean up the area: Everyone who uses the fire pit is responsible for cleaning up. Remove all waste and make sure the area is clean and free of flammable materials.
     
  4. Respect nature: Be environmentally conscious and respect nature. Avoid burning trash or harmful materials and leave the area as you found it.
     
  5. Observe local bans or restrictions: Inform yourself about local laws and regulations regarding the use of fire pits and comply with them.
