Guest cards for your guests in Bellwald
Every overnight guest in Bellwald requires a valid guest card. As a host, you are responsible for creating the guest cards and sending them to your guests by email. Please make sure that your guests receive their guest card before arrival so they can enjoy all benefits from the very first day.
Using the landlord program, Deskline, you can easily create temporary guest cards for your guests. All hosts registered with Bellwald Tourismus already have a personal login for the landlord program, Deskline. If you can no longer find your login details or have not yet received access, please feel free to contact Bellwald Tourismus directly – we will be happy to assist you. On this page, you will find further information as well as instructions on how to create temporary guest cards.
Bellwald Tourismus continues to offer the creation of guest cards as a service. However, if the guest cards are not created directly by you as the host and we take over this task, additional fees will apply and will be charged to you.
Fees from 01.11.2025
As we have already been informing you since last year, we will introduce a moderate cost contribution for certain services from the 2025/2026 financial year onwards in order to continue offering high-quality services in the future. With this adjustment, we are pursuing four key objectives:
- Sustainability: By making greater use of digital processes, we reduce paper consumption, postal deliveries, and resource use. Together, we are contributing to a more environmentally conscious future.
- Fairness: The cost contribution ensures greater balance. Those who already handle certain services independently – such as digital processes or advance registrations – benefit from having this personal contribution taken into account. In this way, each host will primarily contribute to the services they actually use.
- Future viability: This ensures a stable foundation that allows us to continue providing our services at the usual high level of quality in the long term.
- Personal responsibility as host protection: Ordering guest cards is your responsibility, as only you know exactly which guests are staying in your accommodation and when. This ensures the accuracy of the information and prevents guest card benefits from being wasted on incorrectly issued guest cards.

Short description
- Log in with your personal access details.
- Select the section "Gästemeldungen".
- Click the “NEU” button.
- Choose either “Voranmeldung Individualgast” (for arrivals in the future) or “Meldung Individualgast” (for arrivals within the next 2 days or in the past).
- Enter the required details (last name, first name, full address, date of birth).
- Click “Anderungen speichern & bleiben”.
- Click “Gästekarte ausliefern”.
- If the cards only need to be printed, click “Karte(n) drucken” – done.
- For email delivery, click “Mobile karte(n) senden”.
- Check the email address and add or correct it if necessary.
- Click “Mobile Gästekarte(n) senden” – done.

Annual Guest Cards for Homeowners in Bellwald
If you own a chalet or holiday apartment in Bellwald, you are entitled to a certain number of annual guest cards. The exact number of cards you can request depends on the size of your chalet or apartment. How do I pay my tourist taxes as a property owner?
The tourist tax is billed once a year, in November, as a flat rate. The municipality of Bellwald has, as before, assigned the responsibility for this to Bellwald Tourism. Once the annual invoice is paid, all tourist taxes are settled — there will be no further collection by the municipality of Bellwald or Bellwald Tourism.
Please note that the tourism promotion tax is still payable for rentals.
How does the regulation work?
The tourist tax is billed as a flat rate per apartment or chalet — regardless of whether the property is used privately, rented out, or made available to friends and acquaintances. The decisive factor is the size of the property: the larger it is, the more annual guest cards are available.
The regulations provide for the following object sizes:
