The "Dirty Cranking" was built in 2005 and is the very first track of Bike Park Bellwald. Since then, the legendary race of the iXS Downhill Cup with over 400 participants has also taken place on this track. The track formerly called "National" can be described in two words: fast and fluid! It still offers everything that makes a downhill track: tricky off-camber sections, root fields, jumps, rock garden, high-speed sections and berms. The key sections «Lucien Combo» in the Muttschlucht and the rock gardens separate the wheat from the chaff.

From Sion/Sitten:
After leaving the highway in Sierre, stay on the cantonal road to Naters. Then pass through Mörel, Unterdeisch, Lax and Fiesch. After 6 km, turn left towards Fürgangen. Pass through Fürgangen and follow the road to Bellwald.
From Bern:
Take the highway towards Kandersteg: exit 19 Spiez/Faulensee. Follow the signs to the Kandersteg car shuttle. After the car shuttle, drive to Gampel/Steg. At the roundabout, turn right towards Visp/Brig/Naters. Then pass through Naters, Mörel, Unterdeisch, Lax and Fiesch. After 6 km, turn left towards Fürgangen. Pass through Fürgangen and follow the road to Bellwald.
From Zurich:
Highway towards Gotthard. Then take the exit to the Furka Pass. You can either cross the Furka Pass (only in summer months) or take the car train in Realp. You arrive in Oberwald. Continue until you pass through the Mühlebach gallery. Then turn right towards Fürgangen. Pass through Fürgangen and follow the road to Bellwald.
All parking lots in Bellwald are subject to charges, except for the Basper parking lot at the mountain station of the Fürgangen-Bellwald cable car, which is free of charge. The Basper parking lot is located in the lower part of the village. Another parking lot is located very close to the valley station of the mountain railway. Here, two large parking areas are available, both of which require payment.
From Zurich, Bern, Basel, Geneva or Lausanne by SBB via Visp to Brig. In Brig, change to the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway and take it to the Fürgangen-Bellwald stop. There, change to the Fürgangen cable car, which takes you directly to the village center. From the village center, a short uphill walk awaits you. Simply follow the signs towards the sports field. This will get you to Holzer Sport within 10 minutes. Please note that the Fürgangen cable car undergoes maintenance during the off-season.
If you want to send luggage to Bellwald, this is done to the mountain station of the Fürgangen-Bellwald cable car! The transport fee of 2.-, which was due for transport from the valley station to the mountain station, does not apply. You only need to show the receipt at the mountain station and will receive your luggage from the colleagues on site.
