Dualski with ski instructor

Information about Dualski Private Sessions and Registration

Guests of the Cerebral Foundation can use the Dualski completely free of charge. All other guests pay a one-time rental fee of CHF 80.00 per holiday unit, regardless of whether they use the Dualski for one hour or an entire week. Additionally, there is the option to be accompanied by a ski instructor. The cost for this is CHF 80.00 per person per hour. Registered guests of the Cerebral Foundation can receive a 50% reimbursement of the ski instructor accompaniment fee upon presentation of the receipt.

Operating hours:

Weekends: 10:00 – 12:00 or 14:00 – 16:00
Weekdays: 14:00 – 16:00

The meeting point is always our Dualski storage area in the parking lot in front of Intersport Holzer.

Payment:
Billing is simple and convenient: After your registration, you will receive an email from our partner, the Snow & Bike School, with a payment link.

Tandem ski

Tandem with ski instructor

In tandem skiing, the guest comfortably sits in a specially adapted seat while the pilot steers. This unique form of skiing allows our guests to enjoy the magic of winter passively — like a taxi ride, but on snowy slopes. Guests of the Cerebral Foundation use the tandem ski free of charge, while all others pay CHF 80.00 per holiday unit. Accompaniment by a ski instructor costs CHF 80.00 per hour, with foundation guests receiving a 50% reimbursement of these costs.

Independent Dualski skiing

In independent Dualski skiing, you take full control and steer the Dualski on your own, without any assistance. It’s a unique opportunity to experience the feeling of freedom on the slopes and glide through the snow independently. We offer adapted seating shells and stabilizers in all sizes. Guests who wish to use a Dualski are welcome to rent one — with or without support from a ski instructor.

For guests of the Cerebral Foundation, the rental fee is free of charge. All other guests pay a one-time fee of CHF 80 per holiday unit, regardless of whether they use the Dualski for one hour or an entire week.

The accompaniment by a ski instructor costs CHF 80 per person per hour. Guests of the Cerebral Foundation receive a 50% refund of the ski instructor fees when they submit the receipt to the foundation.

Training for Dualski Pilot

We offer an 8-hour training course to learn how to operate a Dualski. The training is suitable for experienced skiers, family members, or caregivers and costs CHF 80 per person per hour. Guests of the Cerebral Foundation receive a 50% refund of the costs upon submitting the receipt.

Training schedule:

Day 1 (Sunday, 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:00): Practice with firefighter dolls “Hilly” (approx. 50 kg) and “Billy” (approx. 65 kg). Here, you will learn the basics: Dualski control, chairlift usage, and important safety instructions.
Days 2 & 3 (Monday and Tuesday, 14:00 – 16:00 each day): Practice with the person who will be using the Dualski. The focus is on proper seating placement and reinforcing skiing technique and safety.

Meeting point and payment:
The meeting point is the Dualski storage area at Intersport Holzer. After registration, you will receive an invoice via email from the Snow & Bike School with a payment link. Guests who are not registered with the Cerebral Foundation pay an additional rental fee of CHF 80 per holiday unit for the Dualski.

Dualski Rental

Certified Dualski pilots can rent a Dualski from us. The Dualskis may only be used on the slopes in Bellwald. Our team provides and inspects the Dualskis. We kindly ask our guests to handle the equipment with care. For guests registered with the Cerebral Foundation, the rental is free of charge. All other guests pay a one-time fee of CHF 80 per holiday unit, whether they use the Dualski for one hour or one week.
